SRW is led by principals Mark S. Rhinehart and Michael D. Weinstein.  Both men have more than twenty years experience performing environmental due diligence reports, site assessments, and other environmental investigations. 

Mr. Rhinehart, a Civil Engineer by training, is the President of SRW.  As the Principal-in-Charge, Mr. Rhinehart serves as the Senior Project Manager for each of SRW's assessments and investigations.  This ensures that our clients receive the highest and most professional quality of technical services every time we are involved with your projects.

Mr. Weinstein is a Professional Geologist and a Certified Professional in the State of Ohio.  Mr. Weinstein is SRW's Senior Vice President and Technical Reviewer.  His technical expertise in Ohio's Voluntary Action Program provides our clients with the assurance that our investigations are conducted in accordance with the most appropriate federal or state protocol, and that our findings are reliable for your specific purposes.

Unlike some managers who are removed from day-to-day operations, these two men are personally involved in the projects we manage. This management-level involvement ensures that each project is completed on time, on budget, and to the established quality standards that we require.
