SRW has been performing Phase I ESAs since our incorporation in 1996. As a result of this depth of experience, we have ready access to a comprehensive list of staff, equipment, and capital resources. This means SRW has the necessary resources available to complete your Phase I ESA thoroughly, accurately, and on time. Further, it means that we have the necessary resources and expertise to complete a Phase II ESA if it is indicated.
Our assessment experts specialize in US EPA's All Appropriate Inquiry standard and State-Specific Voluntary Environmental Remediation Program site assessments. In fact, our in-house Certified Professional and site assessment team have completed over 100 VCP & VAP-compliant Phase I and Phase II ESAs, and our CP has issued 14 No Further Action Letters to the State. These successful NFAs have provided our clients with 11 Covenants-Not-to Sue issued by the State and Federal EPA.
Based on the assessment team's familiarity with the ASTM and VAP standards, SRW has been instrumental in assisting clients to develop custom environmental protocol and corporate environmental policies. The team has extensive experience in evaluating properties for mergers, acquisitions, refinancing, foreclosures, and redevelopment. SRW also specializes in multi-site and multi-state property assessments, and has completed timely assessments of properties ranging from a fraction of an acre up to 450-acres in size.
