Estate Stove

For the Estate Stove facility, where PCB's petroleum products, solvents, asbestos, UST's and residual chemicals were on site, SRW is working with the volunteer to obtain a COVENANT-NOT-TO-SUE from Ohio EPA. The project is currently in the assessment phase. In addition, SRW provided funding assistance for the volunteer by assisting them obtain a $75,000 low interest loan through the Ohio EPA Water Pollution Control Fund. The site is planned for redevelopment into a new Butler County regional jail.
