Proctor and Gamble Redevelopment
Cincinnati, OH
For a parcel of land in the West End of Cincinnati (former Proctor and Gamble Company Plant), Mr. Weinstein conducted a Phase I and Phase II property assessment, site specific risk assessment, and is preparing a No Further Action Letter for contaminated soil and groundwater at the site. A COVENANT-NOT-TO-SUE is anticipated in the summer, 1999. The property is planned for redeveloped into an E-check facility, providing inspection of vehicles as part of Ohio EPA's clean ambient air quality initiative and local air monitoring and compliance.
