For a contaminated parcel of land owned by Graham and Graham Properties Trust, SRW has performed Phase I and Phase II property assessments, identification of site contamination, and classifications of wastes with time frames to identify the responsibility of adjacent land owners. In addition, SRW is providing assistance with a cost recovery action under the Ohio Voluntary Action Program, and pursuing a $1,500,000 low-interest loan from the Ohio Water Development Authority.
