For the Chemicals, Inc. facility, where soil and groundwater is contaminated with chlorinated solvents, SRW has reviewed prior assessment work, and has been negotiating with OEPA to terminate the existing Findings and Orders and allow the site to enter the VAP. SRW has also been interacting with US EPA as they evaluate the former DuPont-Lockland works where the site is located for inclusion on the National Priorities List. Planned activities include continued negotiations, conducting a site-specific risk assessment, and providing services in order to obtain a COVENANT-NOT-TO-SUE for the facility. Planned redevelopment for the property includes a light industrial facility.
