Mill Creek Sport & Commerce Park
Lockland, OH
SRW is currently performing a Phase I Property Assessment, has prepared and is working with OEPA to obtain a 27-13 permit for a 35-acre industrial landfill in Lockland, Ohio. The site overlies a sole source aquifer, and includes many environmental concerns, including lack of a proper landfill cap, residual waste, methane gas, and leachate generation. Planned activities for the property include a Phase II Property Assessment, and the development of a geotechnical constructability evaluation. The site will be developed into the Mill Creek Sport and Commerce Park, where approximately 500,000 square feet of new light industrial space is planned, creating an estimated 500 new jobs.
