Formerly the GM Globe - Wernicke property, this site was impacted with chlorinated solvents and petroleum constituents from the historic operations at the site.
Al. Neyer, Inc. undertook the redevelopment of this site, and entrusted the environmental assessment and cleanup to SRW. We successfully remediated the soil and groundwater, and, by entering into the Ohio Voluntary Action Program, expect to issue an Ohio EPA No Further Action letter for Al. Neyer, Inc.
