Remediation Site Manager for Former Mosler Safe Plant

The City of Hamilton, Ohio, in implementing their CORF grant, selected SRW to be the remediation site manager and Michael Weinstein to be the project Certified Professional. SRW oversaw soil remediation, asbestos abatement, and building demolition activities at the former Mosler Safe plant. Approximately 37,000 tons of contaminated soil were excavated and disposed off-site. Site remediation and demolition work were successfully completed in October 2004. An NFA Letter was prepared, and a CNS obtained under the MOA track. The project was completed on time and under budget.
A Kroger anchored commercial/retail center has been constructed on the Property.
