Ohio VAP Activity Management for RL Polk Project Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority

SRW was engaged by the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority to coordinate and manage the Ohio VAP activities in connection with their COAF project known as the “R. L. Polk Project.” The work activities to address the requirements of the COAF Grant included the following activities: supervising asbestos abatement and demolition activities; preparing asbestos abatement design specifications; preparing asbestos abatement oversight and air monitoring; providing asbestos abatement clearance inspection and air testing; and preparing an NFA Letter. The work was completed on time and within budget. A CNS has been issued.
Miller Valentine and partners Park Place at Lytle LLC have completed the construction of several luxury condominiums in the former RL Polk Building.
