SRW is providing assessment and consulting services to Genesis Redevelopment, a non-profit community organization implementing an urban community redevelopment Plan for the West End of Cincinnati. SRW is coordinating Phase I and II property assessment, Certified Professional services, and community participation in support of this massive urban revitalization effort. SRW is providing support to Genesis, legal counsel, and the Community Design and Redevelopment Center with the procurement of a $1,000,000 grant from the City of Cincinnati Department of Economic Development. The Voluntary Action Program services for the first project are complete and the preparation of the No Further Action letter for the project is underway.
