SRW Environmental Services, Inc. is a leading environmental engineering and consulting firm.  We focus on providing environmental services for real estate transactions and Brownfield redevelopment.  Additionally, SRW specializes in site investigations and compliance reporting for petroleum underground storage tank facilities.

We are seeking a full time driller.  Applicants should have experience operating a PowerProbe 9500 VTR or similar direct push/rotary drill rig, be mechanically inclined with a CDL Class B license, have experience with environmental and geotechnical sampling and the ability to communicate with clients and work well with others.  Applicant will be expected to lift and/or carry heavy tools or supplies, operate levers with both hands, and be able to work continuously outdoors in all weather conditions.  Certified well installer license in Kentucky a plus.  Preparation of daily reports of all drilling activities required. These reports reflect footage's drilled, well construction details, time spent performing other activities besides drilling, reporting supplies consumed, etc.  Must have a good working knowledge of mechanics as related to drill rig and be able to perform routine maintenance on the equipment.

The Employee will initially be engaged on a trial basis for a three (3) month period. The purpose of the three (3) month trial period is to enable the employee and the employer to ascertain their suitability and capability to work together. There are no leave entitlements applicable to a trial appointment.

We are seeking a full time driller's assistant.  Applicants should have some experience with direct push/rotary drilling, be mechanically inclined, and have the ability to communicate clearly and work well with others.  Applicant will be expected to lift and/or carry heavy tools or supplies, assist with maintenance on drill rigs, equipment, vehicles and tools and be able to work continuously outdoors in all weather conditions.  CDL Class B license a plus.  Will be required to assist in routine maintenance on drill rigs, equipment, vehicles and tools, assist with loading and unloading heavy vehicles, maintain the drill site, drill rig, work area, vehicles and equipment in a clean hazard free condition, add/remove drill rods/augers and other down hole tools, clean drill rigs, vehicles, equipment and tools, and assist with repairs and overhauls.

Project Manager

SRW Environmental Services, Inc. is a leading environmental engineering and consulting firm. We focus on providing environmental services for real estate transactions and Brownfield redevelopment. Additionally, SRW specializes in site investigations and compliance reporting for petroleum underground storage tank facilities.

We are seeking a full-time Engineer, Environmental Scientist, or Geologist. Responsibilities will include: project planning; BUSTR soil and groundwater contamination source investigation and delineation; evaluation of analytical results, soil leaching, groundwater, and air fate-and-transport modeling; interaction with client contacts, regulatory contacts, project staff and service providers to coordinate project needs; preparation of Closure, Tier I, II, and III, Interim Response Action, Free Product Recovery and Remedial Action Plan reports.

Requirements: Bachelors (or higher) degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology or a related field and 8 to 10 years of experience in project management and conducting site investigation and remedial action for Ohio's Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR) program. Experience in one or more areas of soil and groundwater remedial investigations, monitoring well and soil boring installation, soil and groundwater sampling, free product recovery, remedial actions, and environmental monitoring is required. The job requires the ability to interact with regulatory agencies and a thorough knowledge of BUSTR's regulations.
